The temperatures of the WATER BATH of KOBE SAUNA & SPA are set at 14℃ in summer time and at 15℃ in winter time. We lower it than usual and it is unbearable coldness for an authority on sauna. The full-scale WATER BATHING is enjoyed only at KOBE SAUNA & SPA.

Powerful jet water current for excellent massage effect. Mixing Fountain Water up with Air is gushing out and makes small bubbles. Ultrasonic Waves generated, when the bubbles are broken, gives stimulus to the body and warm heat effect spreads into the whole body. MAIN SAUNA is the pride of KOBE SAUNA & SPA. 『LOYLY SERVICE』is operated in every 20 minutes. TURKISH BEDROCK BATHING・HAMAM is PERSPIRATION BATHING which has very good relaxation effect. All the materials in the bathroom is made of marble. And marble itself is preheated and room is maintained with high humidity. There is the big marble pedestal in the centre and when you lie down on it, your body is gradually getting warm. Heat from the stone warm up your body and you can sweat comfortably.
We will recommend this bathing especially for the visitor who is not suited for Dry Sauna.

SALT SAUNA uses Natural Salt. To rub salt into the body, Acceleration of Metabolism, Detoxification Effect are expected. In addition, Skin Tightening and Smooth Effect are expected.
