Is there any The Age Limit?
It differs from each floor. 【MEN’S FLOOR】Babies and Infants・Girls over an Elementary School are not accepted. 【LADIES’ FLOOR】Children under an Elementary School are not accepted. 【FITNESS FLOOR】Boys and Girls under 18 years are not accepted. But, over 16 years with the guardian is accepted.
Is there any service of looking after children?
The near Tie-Up Nursery School (TOA HAPPY NURSERY SCHOOL) is available.・UTILITY TIME / Mon~Sat and National Holiday 8:00~19:00 ・SUBJECT / 3 months ~ 6 years (Before enter the school)・CHARGE / 1 hour 840 yen, over 2 hours, 1 hour is free. (National Holiday 1 hour 1,400 yen)・Till 18:00 of the previous day, the reservation to［KOBE LADIES’ SPA］or [KOBE FITNESS & SPA] is required. For more details, please contact the Front Desk.
Is there any space where Men and Women can get together and rest and dine?
We are very sorry, but our facilities are completely divided into MEN’S FLOOR and LADIES’ FLOOR.
SAUNA & SPA, and Rest Place and Restaurant are also separated. ※ FITNESS FLOOR is the common use space for Man and Woman..
Is it possible to go out after Check-In?
You can not go out, however, you may relax in the rest space in the hall. But, the visitor for Capsule Hotel (MEN ONLY) can go out.
Is it possible to keep the large baggage?
Is it possible to send the baggage beforehand by Home-Delivery-Service?
The baggage which can not be stored in the Locker, we will keep it at the Front Desk.
And we will keep the baggage for Home-Delivery-Service.
Is it possible to pay with the Credit-Card?
It is possible. We will accept various Credit-Cards.
Is there a Parking Lot?
In our neighborhood there are the Tie-Up Toll Parking Lots. （Can we use your facilities as accommodation?）

Except Capsule Hotel (MEN ONLY), this facilities can not offer the Accomodation. But the resting room on the MEN’S FLOOR・LADIES’ FLOOR are available for 24 hours.

Is it possible to charge a battery for the Smartphone while I am lodging there?
Front Desk will keep your Smartphne and charge a battery. However the number of battery chargers are limited, please be advised that your request can not be accepted if there is an earlier visitor or terminal difference.
【MEN’S FLOOR】Is it possible to lodge two or more nights at Capsule Hotel (MEN ONLY)?
According to the Japanese Style Hotel Business Law, Capsule Room is treated as the Day-Lodging and
lodging and payment are one night basis. If the visitor wishes to stay another night or more, the same Capsule Room is available with the advanced notice.
【MEN’S FLOOR】Inter-Net booking for Capsule Hotel (MEN ONLY) with the member number shows “ERROR”. Why?
The member number of the Member Card and the member number for the Inter-Net Lodging Booking are not the same. On the Inter-Net Booking Page, proceed to booking and from 「The visitor who has no member numer」choose ［Register and Book］, then the exclusive member umber for Inter-Net Lodging is issued.
